Job Overview:

We are seeking a Beverage Operations Assistant to oversee assigned food and beverage operations, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while meeting or exceeding financial goals.

Candidate Profile:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations;

• Or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 1 year of experience in food and beverage operations.

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Respond quickly and effectively to guest concerns.

• Understand and embody the brand's service culture.

• Set service expectations for all guests internally and externally.

• Take ownership of resolving guest complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

• Develop relationships with guests to build repeat clientele.

Additional Responsibilities

• Comply with corporate accounting procedures.

• Assist the General Manager as needed with quality audits.
