About the Role

As the Corporate Governance Expert, you will report directly to the Board and work closely with the General Counsel to oversee the Corporate Governance function. Your responsibilities include providing advice on Listing Rules and Corp Act, coordinating Board and Committee meetings, and ensuring compliance with meeting procedures. You will also assist the Chairman and CEO in delivering excellent governance practices.

About You

To be successful, you must have commercial experience as a Corporate Secretary in an ASX listed entity. You should possess highly evolved interpersonal skills, advanced communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a technical environment.
