Job Summary

This is a highly sought-after opportunity to work as an Assistant Secretary, providing exceptional support to the Corporate Office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring good corporate governance and statutory compliance.

  • The role requires recent company secretarial experience working for an ASX listed organisation.
  • A high calibre professional with a relevant degree and postgraduate governance education or other relevant professional experience is required.

As a trusted adviser to the Board of Directors and Executive team, you will build strong, effective trust-based working relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators, investors, and the share registry.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Company Secretary in ensuring all aspects of good corporate governance and statutory compliance.
  2. Preparing annual and periodic ASX disclosures, ASIC reporting, and maintaining statutory registers.
Requirements
  • Recent company secretarial experience working for an ASX listed organisation.
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
