Corporate Governance Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Governance Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Perth, WA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic corporate governance advice as a named Company Secretary for our clients, assisting in the preparation and facilitation of client's board, committee, and shareholder meetings, reviewing and lodging statutory reports, and maintaining capital registers and client company records.

This role will also involve liaising with clients and their stakeholders, managing corporate transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements
  • Prior experience with ASX listed companies in a legal counsel, governance, finance, or company secretarial capacity is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills are necessary.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience in the corporate services industry is an advantage.
