Unlock the Power of Corporate Governance as an Assistant Company Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Assistant Company Secretary. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing company secretarial needs for our global business operations.

Reporting to the Legal Counsel & Deputy Company Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations and supporting the audit process. You will also provide proactive support to regional teams and subsidiaries with local company requirements, ensuring adherence to UK governance standards and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage company registers, books, and other corporate documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the audit process, including running audits and rectification processes.
  • Provide expert advice on company law and governance to regional teams and subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate board meetings and resolutions, preparing board packs and minutes.
  • Assist with group projects, such as dividends, capital reductions, incorporations, and dissolutions.
  • Support reverse KYC requests and manage external legal spending.
