- Main responsibilities include leading on AP/AR/BAS aspects of the main business unit, including weekly Payroll.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Reporting, as well as advanced Excel skills.
A team player with a hands-on approach, highly organised with attention to detail, and possessing strong communication and problem-solving skills is required.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will work closely with Senior Management and Department Heads to provide support in critical areas of the business.
This is an in-office role. Flexible hours and roster, with full-time hours available.
Above award pay rates are negotiable, and additional perks and rewards are offered.
Job Requirements:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on AP/AR/BAS aspects of the main business unit, including weekly Payroll.
- Develop and maintain reports for Senior Management.
- Improve upon business processes for key systems including POS, Inventory Control & Management, AR/AP/Payroll.
- Assist our Fleet Manager with compliance under NHVR Mass Management guidelines.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
