
Administrative Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team.
This role will involve providing support in key areas of the business, including financial management, administration, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills, experience with Excel, and knowledge of business processes.
They will also be able to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with compliance under NHVR Mass Management guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial support and guidance to senior management
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Assist with payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and BAS
- Maintain and improve business processes for key systems, including POS, inventory control and management
- Compliance Control – assist with compliance under NHVR Mass Management guidelines
Requirements:
- Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting (essential)
- Advanced Excel experience
- Knowledge of business processes and operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
