Accounting and Administrative Support Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our organization as an accounting and administrative support specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide financial support by managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  2. Assist with daily office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining the filing system.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and spreadsheets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
