About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Operations team at Sonder. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live support to customer stakeholders via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Escalate technical issues to the product team when necessary.
  • Manage interactions with members related to onboarding, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Technology savvy with experience working across various platforms.
