The Course Training Specialist will be responsible for delivering training content, conducting course administration, leading course coordination, and supporting training development and improvement functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of instructional content.
  • Manage courses conducted by Training Wing.
  • Administrative and clerical support to course delivery, administration, and governance.
  • Generation of required documentation, information, and other outputs in relevant format.
  • Provision of support services to meet emergent deadlines.

Selection criteria include:

  • Experience in the delivery of instructional content relating to Special Forces rural and urban movement, close-quarter battle, roping, and military explosives.
  • Experience in the planning and/or delivery of training courses or curriculums.
  • Must have an active NV1 security clearance.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Desirable to have the following familiarity and experience with the ADF and proven experience working as a high-level Project Support in Defence.
