Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our technical support team. As a member of the technical team, you'll interact directly with clients and other members of the team to provide technology-based solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical maintenance and support services within agreed service levels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
  • Use tools and processes to deliver services to customers to ensure their service level agreements are met.
  • Proactively manage infrastructure and drive service process improvement.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll bring at least 3 years' experience as a System Administrator with Linux infrastructure and Cloud Computing.

Your technical experience should include:

  • Experience across multiple Linux operating systems.
  • Experience supporting Statistical Analysis System (SAS) software.
  • Database skills including data modeling and database administration.
  • Networking skills including network architecture and security.
  • Cloud computing and certification.
  • Scripting skills in Python, R or PowerShell.

In addition to technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to develop and maintain productive relationships with colleagues and clients.
