We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Windows desktop and mobile device management, application packaging and deployment, and remote access solutions.

Candidate must have knowledge of enterprise collaboration tools, troubleshooting skills, and ability to provide Level 3 support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance the Standard Operating Environment (SOE), including desktop productivity software, security configurations, and corporate device builds.
  • Administer and support the enterprise messaging and collaboration environment, including Microsoft 365, Teams, and Exchange.
  • Support and maintain enterprise remote access solutions, such as virtual desktop infrastructure and VPN.
  • Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications.
  • Manage and optimize automated patching processes across the EUC environment.
  • Provide expert technical advice across supported platforms and represent the team in ICT governance forums.
  • Deliver Level 3 support for complex technical issues escalated from Service Desk and Level 2 teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the EUC environment, providing expert technical advice, and delivering high-quality technical support.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience working with mobile device management and enterprise security tools.
  • Familiarity with cyber security controls, ITIL processes, and ICT governance frameworks.
