Job Description

The Sales Support and Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Support:
  • Handling administrative tasks, managing orders, and streamlining processes to free up the sales team.
  • Ensuring seamless operations with internal teams (editorial, events, accounts).
  • Customer Success:
  • Enhancing customer experience through proactive communication, campaign reporting, and relationship building.
  • Boosting retention and loyalty by identifying and resolving customer issues.
Key Responsibilities

Support & Administration

  • Act as the main contact for sales teams, handling routine admin tasks.
  • Support sales with order management, customer agreements, and reporting.
  • Maintain and develop Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and providing training to new joiners.

Customer Success

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their goals and needs.
  • Proactively communicate to ensure they achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead customer onboarding and training.
  • Deliver insightful post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

  • Proven experience in sales support or customer success.
  • Strong Salesforce skills.
  • Excel

Desirable:

  • B2B publishing experience.
