Job Description

As our Strategic Customer Liaison Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with us.

You will be responsible for managing customer outreach and service requests, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with business priorities for risk and compliance related outreach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive customer profiles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify customer needs and develop targeted engagement strategies
  • Providing clear explanations of AML, KYC, SOW, and customer data outreach requests to customers
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Financial Crime and AML, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport
