Beauty Education Liaison Specialist

We're seeking a dynamic Course and Careers Advisor to join our college team in the Australian beauty market. As a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity, this role starts as a contract position with an hourly rate of $45/Hour + Super. If performance meets expectations, it converts to a permanent position with an annual salary of $90,000 - $85,000 + Super by the end of the year.

This Beauty Education Liaison Specialist will focus on recruiting quality students into our courses and shaping their educational journey. They will collaborate with marketing teams, engage with future beauty professionals, and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Recruitment: Achieve enrolment targets for on-campus and online courses, engaging with prospective students and providing accurate course advice within 24 hours.
  • Relationship Management: Build and manage partnerships with franchisees, beauty salons, schools, and industry groups to boost brand awareness.
  • Events and Marketing: Plan and manage College Open Days, support marketing campaigns, and represent the company at networking events.
  • Data and Reporting: Collect and analyze enrolment data, prepare feedback reports, and align student experiences with our educational goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales or relationship development roles, meeting targets with ease.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong sales skills with a solid understanding of the education sector, able to sell courses enthusiastically.
  • Experience using social media and CRM systems to drive sales.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and can prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to learn new systems.
  • Ability to manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or Education (a degree is a bonus).
  • Australian PR or Citizen.
