Guest Experience Professional

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill a role in our Front Office as a Guest Service Agent.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of service under pressure.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and presentation at all times, including impeccable grooming standards.
  • Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Display strong attention to detail, especially when handling guest requests and performing tasks.
  • A current driver's license is required.
  • All successful candidates must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
