  • Monitor output to ensure high-quality work completion within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop technical staff.
  • Provide visionary leadership to team members.
  • Hire and grow the team.
  • Liaise with business sector leaders internally and externally.
  • Approve employee time, expenses, and other management functions.
