Job Title: National Bridge Lead

The role of National Bridge Lead is a key position within our organization, requiring an individual with exceptional leadership skills and expertise in bridge engineering.

This candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of bridge engineers and designers, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • RPEV or CPEng registration with Engineers Australia
  • A relevant degree in civil engineering
  • Extensive industry experience as a Bridge Engineer recognised by clients at state level
  • Understanding of design and analysis of bridges and civil structures for public and private infrastructure
  • Sound knowledge of Australian Standards in current engineering and construction principles, methods and practices; in particular for TMR, Vicroads, TfNSW and with Australian Standards
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer registered with Engineers Australia or other relevant country registration
  • Experience and interest in business development initiatives, and in the development and maintenance of client relations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and clients (both written and orally)
