About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Professional to join our team.

This role will provide an opportunity to work with a public sector organisation known for its commitment to excellence in service delivery, shaping and supporting the tertiary education sector in Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Mapping existing business processes and procedural documentation within the team to identify areas for improvement;
  • Developing and maintaining accurate reports, data visualisation dashboards and software packages to support internal stakeholders in delivering their business objectives;

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science or Mathematics;
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, consult and communicate effectively;
