Businesses are constantly seeking to improve their digital presence, and that's where you come in as a Digital Insights Analyst. This critical role is responsible for helping measure performance and define business objectives through a deep understanding of users and their behavior.

Your focus will be on measuring engagement and conversion, assisting with data hygiene, building and maintaining dashboards, and reporting findings and insights to management.

You'll work closely with various teams, including Technical Lead, CRM, Product, Editorial, and Marketing, to develop and execute the insights strategy.

We're looking for an analytical and curious digital native who thrives in collaborative environments, uncovering insights that drive business success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and sharing audience data and analytics across multiple digital properties.
  • Supporting tracking and analytics for cross-line-of-business owned channel campaigns.
  • Offering data-backed recommendations to optimize user engagement and conversion.
  • Presenting analytics and insights to various stakeholders.
  • Utilizing tools like Adobe Analytics to track performance, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve digital products.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in data analytics, preferably for a consumer-facing product with scale.
  • Experience working with large-scale digital news or content platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in querying, updating, and managing data in SQL.
  • A keen interest in entertainment, sports, or media is beneficial.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to tell a story with data.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving with a broad perspective.
  • Open-mindedness, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Inquisitiveness with a desire to learn and relearn.
