As a key member of our digital team, we are seeking a talented Digital Insights Analyst to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our Technical Lead, CRM, Product, Editorial, and Marketing teams to develop and execute our insights strategy. This critical role measures performance and defines business objectives through a deep understanding of our users and their behaviour. The focus is on measuring engagement and conversion, assisting with data hygiene, building and maintaining dashboards, and reporting findings and insights to management.

Our ideal candidate is an analytical and curious digital native who thrives in collaborative environments. They should be able to work across multiple markets, lines of business, partners, and teams to uncover insights that deliver what our customers want. As a self-starter, they can work independently and show initiative to share data and insights that drive data-driven business decisions for multiple lines of business across the company.

This role requires ownership, critical thinking, and the courage to challenge assumptions. The successful candidate will be trusted to lead analysis, not just execute requests. As a clear and confident communicator, they will present recommendations to leaders and back their views with data.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Collaborating with Product, CRM, Editorial, and Marketing teams to gather and share audience data and analytics for digital properties across the company.
  • Supporting the tracking and analytics for cross-line-of-business owned channel campaigns, providing weekly/monthly reporting with insights on campaign effectiveness.
  • Offering data-backed recommendations to optimize user engagement with digital properties and conversion on marketing campaigns.
  • Presenting analytics and insights to the digital team and various lines-of-business stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Using Adobe Analytics (and other tools) to track performance, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights to teams.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the digital products.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Hold:

  • 5+ years' experience working in data analytics, ideally for a consumer-facing product with scale.
  • Experience querying, updating, and managing data in SQL.
  • A keen interest in entertainment, sport, and sports media will be beneficial.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to tell a story with the data.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, working at pace, with multiple stakeholders (local and international), managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive problem solving with the ability to examine issues from a broad perspective.
  • Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable in outlook and approach.
  • Inquisitive with a desire and capacity to learn and relearn.
