As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll play a vital role in driving business success through data-driven insights and strategic decision making.

About the Role:

The position involves capturing functional and technical requirements to support our Future Energy Programs of work. You'll liaise with stakeholders, facilitate conversations, and document requirements for web applications and functionality.

  • Liaising with different stakeholders, gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements for web applications and functionality.
  • Supporting release management for production changes, including scheduling, communications, implementation, and post verification testing.
  • Collaborating with a cross-functional team to create and maintain accurate user stories, documentation, and testing activities.
  • Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of application quality and performance in our production environment.
  • Managing change lifecycle from planning through to implementation, including collaboration across functional areas of the business.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in an IT-related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies and applications with a focus on data, database, storage, and application integration components.
  • Experience with Amazon Aurora, Redshift, Python, ReactJS, Tableau.
  • Proven experience in a business-critical data and analytics environment with a background in data and web development and applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate technical information to a broad audience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and experience with ITSM tools.
