Job Description
Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused professional to join our growing commercial team as a Data-Driven Partnership Strategist.

This role exists to optimize the performance of our existing partner portfolio by meticulously reviewing and auditing current integrations, diving deep into performance data, and creating actionable strategies to turn underperforming partnerships into our most successful ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration Auditing and Optimization: Proactively review and audit our existing integrations on partner platforms. Identify and recommend changes to improve user experience, optimize conversion rates, and ultimately drive higher transaction volume.
  • Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance metrics to understand current transaction volume, user behavior, and revenue trends.
  • Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to elevate partners from lower-performing tiers to top-tier status.
  • Internal Collaboration and Enablement: Act as a critical resource for our Partner Success Managers, providing them with the data, insights, and recommendations they need to have effective conversations with our partners.
  • Reporting and Insights: Create and present regular reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting the performance of our partner portfolio, the impact of your optimizations, and the strategic direction for future growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in a partner operations, business operations, or a similar data-focused role within a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Proven experience using data to drive business decisions and a track record of successfully improving performance metrics.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills: The ability to not just collect data, but to interpret it, identify key trends, and translate it into a clear, actionable strategy.
  • Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of API integrations, payment flows, and technical processes, allowing you to effectively audit and recommend technical changes.
