Construction Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead our Major Loss team in delivering high-quality projects across Greater Brisbane and regional service areas.

The successful candidate will oversee the growth and success of the team, including business development and relationship building with clients. Effective management of subcontractors and suppliers is also a key focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the estimating team to ensure detailed scopes of works and accurate budget breakdowns are delivered
  • Scheduling projects to drive the delivery of multiple medium to large construction repairs
  • Working with our WHS team to monitor and adhere to company and industry health and safety processes
  • Ensuring contractors and suppliers comply with company requirements and industry regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in medium to large domestic and commercial construction repairs
  • Expertise in estimating and delivery of building repairs
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
