Your Mission
As a Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of PowerCARD solutions, ensuring smooth coordination of activities, teams, and stakeholder relationships. You will oversee all phases of the project, from planning to execution, while ensuring compliance with both technical and commercial requirements and meeting contracted SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and structure projects to ensure successful delivery.
Conduct feasibility studies and manage the planning and budgeting phases.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
Manage project communication, reporting, and interface alignment.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, timelines, costs, and client expectations.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Technical: PowerCARD modules, project management, testing techniques, technical specification writing, software programming methods.
Managerial: Client focus, initiative, problem-solving, reporting, team leadership, and quality action planning.
Behavioral: Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork mindset, communication (written & verbal), presentation, negotiation, and organizational rigor
What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in project management (ideally in IT or payment solutions).
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on, results-oriented, and quality-driven.
Strong leadership and communication skills
