Location: Chelmsford, Queensland, Australia
Responsibilities
Support and manage multiple concurrent engineering and product development projects.
Work directly with the Product Development General Manager and engineering team to create and maintain integrated project schedules.
Develop project templates and scheduling tools to streamline planning and execution across projects.
Oversee end-to-end project coordination, including planning, stakeholder engagement, tracking progress, and risk management.
Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
Monitor milestones, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (required).
Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) or managing integrated schedules for complex projects.
Strong understanding of engineering and/or product development lifecycles.
Excellent stakeholder management, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, or similar scheduling tools).
Team Centre experience (Must have).
