About the Role

Unisys is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 technical specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our resolver team, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design, configure, and implement Microsoft Teams, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, and other Microsoft messaging and communications services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in Microsoft 365 migration and support, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Design and implement Microsoft Teams, including Teams Voice with Direct Routing and Microsoft Calling Plans, Meeting, Live Events, and Messaging Policies, Teams and M365 Group Governance, and Meeting room planning.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate business processes.
  • Design and implement OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online solutions.
  • Manage Exchange on-prem and online, including users, mailboxes, and migrations.
  • Engage with customers and provide face-to-face support.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement business process automation using Nintex and Power platform.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in consulting or working in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, specifically to Change & Incident management.
  • Experience in managing large-scale transition projects.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell, Exchange, and the M365 suite.
  • Microsoft Teams Administrator and/or M365 Administrator Certification highly desired.
