We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team at RACGP. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements
  • Customize the system to meet the business needs of RACGP, leveraging Power Platform Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and dataverse
  • Develop, upgrade, and configure the MS Dynamics CRM application to fulfill business requirements
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support of applications and objects within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Assist with technical support and incident problem solving
Requirements
  • Relevant business or technology tertiary qualification
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification (2016, D365) is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability developing solutions in alignment with detailed business requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in SQL/SSRS/SSIS, Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365.NET Core
  • Demonstrated ability in providing advice on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties, and customizations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM in organizations
