Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
">The Customer Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey, representing Subaru as a trusted advisor. This individual will support customers both in-store and online from their first enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.
Responsibilities include acquiring product knowledge, providing comprehensive product information, selling finance and insurance products, explaining product benefits, establishing strong rapport with customers, and displaying professionalism when dealing with customers.
This leader will motivate the team, manage expectations for delivering an exceptional customer experience, and support the Retail Centre Manager in achieving targets and success, including F&I.
Accountability lies with work performed for self and the team, ensuring work is completed to a high standard. A balance of sales drive and genuine care is essential, always aiming to deliver above expectations.
- Proven experience in a sales role is crucial.
- Previous experience with Finance & Insurance is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms are expected.
- Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu) is required.
