About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist Trainee. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional vehicle sales journey for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your passion for learning to develop product knowledge and deliver informative demonstrations to customers.
  • Foster a high standard of customer service by addressing in-store queries and supporting the team in providing comprehensive information about vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships by effectively explaining product benefits and features using interpersonal skills, asking clarifying questions, and anticipating customer needs.
  • Assist with preparing and processing sales contracts as needed.
  • Support customer trade-ins and document processing on delivery day.
