Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Transformation Partner. This role involves working with larger businesses, guiding them through digital transformation journeys and helping them unlock their full potential.

Your primary focus will be on strategic storytelling, consultative partnering, and driving growth. You'll work closely with C-level leaders and decision-makers across organizations to identify opportunities for improvement and develop tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of navigating complex sales environments and multiple stakeholders. They'll be comfortable engaging with C-level execs, guiding transformation discussions, and demonstrating strong sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC).

A Growth Mindset is essential for this role, with the confidence to lead and the humility to learn. You'll need to be an excellent communicator and relationship-builder, able to drive enterprise adoption of our Growth Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle and consistently exceed targets
  • Qualify and engage inbound leads + self-source high-value opportunities
  • Partner with C-level leaders and decision-makers across organizations
  • Run impactful product demos (online + occasionally in-person)
  • Influence multiple stakeholders through champions and relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, Security & more)
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years experience in a quota-carrying role, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Strong track record of navigating complex sales and multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable engaging with C-level execs and guiding transformation discussions
  • Proficiency with sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC)
  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
  • Growth mindset, with the confidence to lead and the humility to learn
