Coordinated Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to fill the role of Project Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering administrative support to our Corporate Projects portfolio.
About The Role- Support project management lifecycle from initiation to closing ensuring compliance with legislative and quality requirements
- Develop and maintain interfaces with other portfolios for efficient and effective project delivery
- Establish stakeholder relationships through effective communication to meet project deliverables
- Monitor own work performance and progress towards work plan goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver project administration support services
- Manage project documentation and records
- Coordinate project meetings and communications
- Certificate IV in Project Management or related discipline with minimum two years contemporary experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting project delivery
- Ability to exercise initiative discretion and judgement in working independently and as part of a team
