Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the delivery of projects across various portfolios. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong project management skills and experience to join our team.

About You

  • Certificate IV qualification in Project Management or a related field with minimum two years' contemporary experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of projects from initiation to closure.
  • Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and quality requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to maintain high-standard project documentation.
  • General Construction Induction (White Card) and Class C Driver's Licence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative support to the Corporate Projects portfolio, ensuring compliance with legislative and quality requirements.
  • Support the project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closing.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working interface with other portfolios across the organisation to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Monitor own work performance and progress towards the delivery of work plan goals.
  • Use resources efficiently and effectively to complete tasks that contribute to or directly deliver services.
