Job Overview

The Site Manager will oversee the construction of mechanical systems for a large-scale project. This involves coordinating the installation of various equipment, including cranes, water systems, and HVAC units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement work plans to optimize scope and ensure timely completion.
  • Identify potential safety and quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.

About You
  • Ability to drive project success through effective planning, coordination, and risk management.
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager or similar role in large-scale construction projects is required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, including cranes, water systems, and HVAC units.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Fully computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in an international team environment.
