Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee subcontractors and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to understand their scope of work, including contract specifications, drawings, and schedules.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Voith's subcontracting needs, resolving issues and escalating critical matters.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies, and report deviations from contractual requirements.
  • Supervise daily subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with business priorities (HSE, quality, schedule, and budget).
  • Coordinate work planning with subcontractors and participate in regular meetings.
  • Prepare non-compliance reports and monitor progress against agreed-upon goals.
  • Manage change control processes and claims related to subcontractor performance.
  • Review and approve timesheets, progress reports, and invoices submitted by subcontractors.
Requirements
  • Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget management.
  • Proven experience in Construction Management and leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment with a customer-centric approach.
  • Fully computer literate with expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb as necessary for site visits.
Working Conditions
  • Typical roster of 14 days on-site followed by 7 days off.
  • Camp accommodation provided on-site.
