Job Title:
Commercial Growth SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Growth Specialist to drive national growth of our innovative product in the residential construction space.
This role combines technical expertise, market development, and strategic thinking to drive a national agenda.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with client engineers and technical stakeholders to support specification and adoption of our product.
- Providing technical guidance to Key Account Managers.
- Leading and influencing integration of our product into national sales pipeline and broader market strategy.
- Driving commercial growth across existing and new customer segments.
- Managing and updating our product growth pipeline, presenting performance insights and recommendations.
This role requires at least five years' experience in sales management or business development, ideally in the construction industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B industrial environments, with strong commercial performance and market development results.
