Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with our key clients in Australia and New Zealand.
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to identify and meet their needs and requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our existing client base.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Analyze client data to provide insights and recommendations to improve client relationships.
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in account management/sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.
