About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and caring Speech Pathologist to join our team in providing exceptional services to individuals with Autism and their families. As a key worker, you will work closely with clients across various settings to deliver person-centered therapy services.

This rewarding role involves:

  • Delivering a range of therapy services to diverse clients, including standardized and non-standardized assessments
  • Completing specialist communication assessments for Augmentative and Alternate Communication
  • Providing therapeutic support and information to families and stakeholders to promote inclusion and participation
  • You will work within a key worker model, offering direct and consultative supports to clients with Autism
  • Opportunities to implement specialist programs and curriculum development, including Hanen Program parent coaching and training
  • Leading specialist therapy groups across various age ranges and skill areas

About You

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with Autism and their families, ensuring a total communication approach is achieved. If you are a people-focused and values-driven Speech Pathologist, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Additional requirements for this role include:

  • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • A person-centered approach
  • Desirable experience working with children and/or adults with disability and their families

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $105,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as extensive training, growth, and development opportunities. Additionally, you will have access to generous salary packaging options and discounts to various products and services.
