Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services to clients across the lifespan, including early language development, fluency, phonological awareness, and speech sound clarity. You will also manage a diverse caseload, working with both NDIS and private clients who require support for communication challenges such as autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, and speech sound disorders.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate with other health professionals to develop individualised treatment plans that address each client's unique needs. Additionally, you will work closely with families and caregivers to equip them with strategies and resources to support clients in reaching their communication goals.

Your expertise and leadership skills will be invaluable in guiding and supporting junior Speech Pathologists through hands-on mentorship, providing clinical insights, supervision, and encouragement to help them develop their skills and confidence.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
