Salary Package

Job Description
We're seeking a passionate and caring Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated Therapy & Clinical Services Team. As an Autism Specialist Therapist, you will work closely with autistic individuals, their families, and other stakeholders to deliver person-centred services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a broad range of therapy services to a diverse caseload
- Clinical assessment and development of individual therapy plans
- Completing Functional Capacity Assessments
- Working as an Occupational Therapist within a key worker model, providing both direct and consultative supports to individuals with autism and their families
- Providing consultation and education to families and key stakeholders to support inclusion and participation across a range of settings
- Completing clinical assessment and developing individual therapy plans across a range of skill areas such as fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
- Leading specialised group therapy programs
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Registration with AHPRA
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working with children and/or adults with disability and their families is desirable
