Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $108,000 per annum, based on hourly rates between $46 and $55. Our benefits package includes full salary packaging available, up to $15,900 plus $2,650 for entertainment and food expenses. You will also enjoy 97c per km for all travel covered.
Job DescriptionAs a Speech Pathologist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care to NDIS participants. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing assessment, intervention, and evaluation for NDIS participants
- Delivering speech pathology clinical practice through evidence-based practice and policy
- Educating and supporting participants, carers, colleagues, medical professionals, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to clinical standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary degree in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A valid police clearance and current WA Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
