We are seeking an exceptional Service Director to lead our team of Autism Advisors.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a dedicated, innovative and passionate individual who will oversee operations of the Autism Services Advisor team. The successful candidate will drive service improvements in relation to enquiries and intake.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Autism Advisors
  • Drive service improvements in relation to enquiries and intake

About You

The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for working with people with Autism and/or disability. Previous experience in direct service delivery to individuals with Autism and families is highly desirable.

In this role, you will ideally have:

  • Demonstrated understanding of Autism and the challenges people with Autism and their families experience.
  • Further or tertiary qualifications in disability, community services, Social Work, Education or other Allied Health
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive excellent quality customer service and team culture
  • An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme
  • Demonstrated computer and technical skills including information systems and databases
