We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at the Concentric Rehab Centre in Midland. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to our participants.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to make a REAL difference in the lives of our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining a mixed caseload, serving both in our clinic and out in the community. Our purpose is clear, and we want you to work with a team of Allied Health Professionals who are dedicated to pursuing excellence and pushing boundaries.

As a Speech Pathologist in our Midland clinic, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants.
  • Working with clients to set achievable goals that will support them to function more independently.
  • Participating in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.
  • Reporting: Report disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation).
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
