About the Role

Our organization seeks a strategic leader to manage a high-impact portfolio within Tasmania.

This senior in-state representative will be based in Hobart and drive program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs across operations and maintenance, capital projects, and governance.
  • Represent the business with key stakeholders and regulators.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth opportunities.
  • Oversee performance and reporting across multiple projects and programs.
  • Champion health, safety, environment, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team with a focus on succession and capability.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Executive-level experience in utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract management expertise.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, business, or project management.
