We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of clients.
The ideal candidate will possess industry experience and strong relationship-building skills, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
You will be supported by our network in Hobart, Tasmania, and nationally.
Key Responsibilities- Manage commercial properties with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Oversee capital works, prepare budgets, and deliver timely reporting to clients.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and lease obligations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain presentation and performance standards.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to add value for clients.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
- Experience in the property industry and a Property Representative Licence.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational ability.
- A customer-first mindset and a professional, proactive approach.
- Financial acumen and basic analytical skills to support property performance.
- A current driver's licence and a willingness to embrace technology and forward thinking.
