Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded leader to drive the success of a high-impact portfolio within Tasmania.

This critical role is our senior in-state representative, accountable for driving program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs across Operations and Maintenance and Capital Projects.
  • Represent the business with senior stakeholders.
  • Drive business development and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee governance, reporting, and performance across multiple projects and programs.
  • Champion health, safety, environment, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on succession and capability.
  • Leverage digital tools and data to enhance delivery.
  • Engage with regulators and industry bodies.

About You

To succeed in this role, you likely come from a similar leadership position in a comparable industry and are seeking a role with great breadth where you can influence, educate, and engage a wide stakeholder group.

  • Executive-level experience in utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract management expertise.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in program governance, change leadership, and strategic planning.
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, business, or project management.

You showcase the confidence, capability, and prioritising skills to navigate competing demands of various business groups.
