Insurance Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of corporate client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement Client First Principles across your portfolio, ensuring high quality customer service is always provided.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, working as a team with other brokers and supporting junior colleagues where needed.
- Consistently achieve agreed service standards, fostering effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers and monitoring changes to preserve these relationships.
- Take a proactive approach to account management and service delivery, identifying and meeting client needs.
- Implement successful account retention and defence strategies, maintaining awareness of large and complicated claim-related matters.
- Proven experience in managing corporate client accounts.
- Tier 1 FSRA qualification.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.
- A motivation for client service and solutions.
- Strong knowledge of account management and the insurance industry.
- Dedication to high-level client service, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
