About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing.
  • Take the initiative to monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed.
  • Coordinate and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.).

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • National Police Check (completed within last 3 months).
  • Working with Vulnerable People's Check.
