Customer Support Liaison

Data#3 Ltd is a leading Australian IT company with a strong presence in the industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Liaison to join our team in Canberra.
Role and Responsibilities- We are looking for an individual who can provide timely and accurate support to Account Executives and Account Managers, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
- This includes responding to internal and external queries, preparing quotations, assisting with sales proposal preparation, and maintaining close working relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' experience in a sales administration or customer-focused support role, with strong negotiation and problem-resolution skills, as well as intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy.
About You- You will bring a proven track record of effective communication, demonstrated work history of ethical business practice, and intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office suite products.
- Your expertise in using the Internet and MS Office suite products will enable you to effectively communicate with all stakeholders and contribute to Data#3's culture built on five core values: Honesty, Excellence, Agility, Respect, and Teamwork (HEART).
- Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
