Oceania Business Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:
1.
Business Operations:
Collaborate with the Business Development team to enhance client relationships and identify growth opportunities within the Oceania region. Facilitate partnerships with key account merchants or institutions concerning resource access, promotional materials, and event activities. Occasionally engage with partners to deliver tailored training sessions, marketing initiatives, and insights on Weixin/WeChat products.
Market Research, including but not limited to:
A
Store Evaluation:
Perform on-site assessments to evaluate the deployment of materials in physical retail locations.
B Market Insights:
Continuously collect essential market data through online research, industry publications, and field visits to analyze and compare payment system performance.
C User Insights:
Conduct field visits or online surveys to collect data on user engagement rates and overall user experience.
3 Material Deployment:
Organize on-site material distribution for areas or scenarios that are not easily accessible by institutions.
4 Business Communication:
Support communication efforts to articulate product updates and opportunities to business partners, including merchants, banks, fintech companies, government entities, and corporate clients.
5 Collaboration Development:
Establish partnerships with university organizations, key commercial districts, etc., to implement user community marketing strategies, observe consumer behavior in real-time, conduct research and statistical analysis, and explore collaboration opportunities within the Weixin ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
1. Exceptional communication abilities, combined with a dynamic and engaging personality, fluent in both Chinese and English. 2. Strong project management and execution skills, capable of producing high-quality summary and analytical reports. 3. Self-driven and self-sufficient, able to independently and proactively fulfill work responsibilities. 4.
Familiarity with the Weixin/WeChat and Weixin Pay product ecosystem, knowledge of payment industry operations, and preferably experience in industry operations, merchant management, or channel development with a track record of successful projects.
